Post CRAZY!!!

I have been posting like crazy this week. After posting nothing last week, this week has two days where I have posted twice. It is funny. I think it is. Well the nature of this post is I would like to share a story about the beginnings of religion. Actually it is what I think is pretty much the base of all religions. It is from the great game Star Control II.

Then, one stormy day, a Zoq, a Fot, and a Pik were walking up a steep pathlooking for something good to eat, when a bolt of lightning struck nearby. With a huge flash of light, the bolt of energycarved a strangely-shaped chunk of granite out of a cliff. It was a disk, with a hole in the middle! As the rock began to roll down the hill, toward the three terrified beingssome dry grass got caught in its hole, and since the rock was still hotthe grass caught on fire. When the rock finally got to the Zoq, the Fot, and the Pik they simultaneously discovered the Wheel, Fire, and Religion thus catapulting them on to the road of progress. Which has led us to this day, Captain. Oh! How did the flaming wheel give religion to our Culture, you ask? I will explain. You see, when it got to the threesome, the flaming wheel was going at a pretty good clipand it ran smack into the Zoq, killing him. The Fot and the Pik felt so bad they really liked that Zoq!......that they decided the Zoq hadn't really died when the wheel flattened himhe had just gone to `a better place.' Presumably one without lethal flaming wheels.

I did not know that there wasn't any Sunday Night Football this sunday. Stupid baseball.

Crappy posts about books

Ever since I have graduated from college I have discovered that I actually enjoy reading. Right now I am reading Fools Errand by Robin Hobb. I chose Robin Hobb for two reasons. One, my favorite Author is George RR Martin. On a website they said that Robin Hobb is close to the same style as George RR Martin. Also her name kind sounds like Robin Hood. It is a pretty good book. It is the 2nd trilogy with the main character in it. She does a really good job of explaining things and I do not feel like I missed too much from not reading the first three books. 15 years have passed since, so most of the book talks about the past as the past. So since I have graduated so far I have read all of the Robert Jordan, Wheel of Time books. I have also read all of the Terry Goodkind, Sword of Truth Books. Finally I have read all three Song of Ice and Fire by George RR Martin. So far I would place George RR Martin as number one and the 5 of the 9 Robert Jordan books, then the Terry Goodkind books then the wasted 4 books of Robert Jordon.

Boston Red Sox/NY Yankees
What a series. I still can't watch it. I always try to watch the winning hit. The only part of baseball I can stand. I guess I just find baseball too boring.

Jerry Rice is a Seahawk. Jerry Rice is a jerk. He is actually going to wear the number 80. That is totally unclassy.

Sports Rule!!!
Even though I hate the football season, I have to say Sports Rule. They are so much fun to watch and get into.

Creepiest thing ever

I forgot to write this in today's blog, however spending the night at my friend Kerry's apartment I experienced something really creepy. Sleeping on the couch in the front room on friday, I heard "Get up, Get up". I look over and to my right I see a person standing there. I say "Kerry?" because the person had a form of Kerry. I don't wear glasses so it is hard to see. So when I look closer, I see no one there. I was pretty creeped out at this point. I was able to get myself back to sleep by convincing myself that I heard "Get up" in a dream and then because my eyes were on a pillow, I had one of those eye blotch things caused by pressure. Chances are that is really what happened. However I think Kerry's apartment has a ghost. I did not believe in ghosts till I lived in a VERY creepy house where I almost always felt someone was watching me and I would always see people out of the corner of my eye that were not there. Now I believe. Kerry's apartment is ghost filled.

Voting is fun.

Hurray for voting. Sent in my absentee ballot. I broke a record. I voted for 4 republicans. I never voted for a republican before. I also voted for 3 libertarians. I also voted to NOT raise taxes. I also voted to NOT have slot machines. The funny part is I would vote for it, however I dislike the guy who put it on the ballot. Especially since the only thought against it is, "Slot machines are evil". The election is soon and I like to say Go Kerry and Go Dino Rossi.

Miami Dolphins
It is official. Miami is the worst team in the NFL. They are now 0-6 losing to the 1-4 buffalo bills. It is unfortunate that Miami has sucked so bad. In horrible news Feidler is going to start again. I am sick of this guy and I cannot wait till he is no longer on the team. I would rather start Wes Welker.

Heroclix
Heroclix are fun. I played a lot of it with my good friend Kerry. Kicked her butt until we played with her Iron Man. Man I do not like that guy. Plus my colassus sucks on his first click. A big hit can take away what makes him special, and it did. I don't really want to explain it. I just want to say that I find it fun and I see me wasting a lot more money on it in the future.

Seattle Storm
Seattle Storm won the WNBA championship. Let me be the 1 millionth person to say, who cares? Sue Storm is hot, I would not kick her out of bed.

*edit: Sue Bird. I meant Sue Bird. However Jessica Alba is looking hot as Sue Storm*

X-Men Legends
This game is fun. It puts the U in fun. It is like Baulder's Gate Dark Alliance. However it has X-Men in it. It is so much fun. Slicing people, picking things up and throwing them and destroying things. Man this game is 100% pure fun. It is not perfect. The problem with 4 characters is leveling up is annoying.

Anime Review

I am a nerd. I watch a lot of anime. I mean a lot of anime. Last time I counted I have watched 140 series/movies/ovas. That is a lot of anime. Not a plethera, but a lot of anime. I try to keep my reviews as vague as possible.

Today's Anime is

Tengo Tenge
I just finished this anime last night. It is basically a story about a bunch of people fighting. The anime itself is not ground breaking or even original. In fact all of the characters look like characters from video games and other animes. The story line is kind of original. Well I guess mostly rare. Be warned this anime is made mostly for men. It is very violent and all of the women have huge boobs. Plenty of panties, you know how the japanese love their panties. Saying all that I found the anime very enjoyable. It has a lot of surprises. This anime has a lot of laughs.

Be warned however. Out of the first 12 episodes 10 of them are about one battle. Very entertaining, however one wonders how they are going to present a story. The rest of the episodes deal a flashback. So the characters you have grown to like now kind of take the back seat to this pretty good tale. Especially my favorite character. The ending also leaves a lot open. One thing animes generally have is a bad ending. Well bad ending to American standards. It is not as important in their culture to have an absolute resolution. I will break it down.

Story - Good story. Moves along well. The characters are very likable. It also hard to tell who exactly is the bad guy. Something also different about the cultures. More of their stories seem to not be about the battle about good and evil. More about a battle between a bunch of people who have their own goals. Also makes you question, if you had absolute power could you stop it from corrupting you?

Animation - I liked it. Very well done. Not the greatest, however it has a good framerate. The colors are nice. Very anime looking. If you like big boobed girls, this is an anime for you. Plus the action is well done and easy to follow.

Ending - This category exist because it is an anime. Well like many animes that are part of a manga, it feels incomplete. I don't know if there will be a season 2. I hope there is. It is not Berserk bad. If you watched Berserk you know what I am talking about. It felt very rushed and did not make much sense. Sometimes an ending an ruin an anime. It didn't really ruin it, but it didn't make me feel like it was complete.

Overall - Very enjoyable anime. Especially if you like the big boobs. Especially if you like cool action. A good action comedy that I would suggest to anyone. The ending does not ruin it. So overall I give it a B.

Random Stuff
How did you like that? I know I hate reviews that ruin too much. I like to ruin NOTHING. That makes a review very hard to write. I know I went into this anime with an open mind and that is one of the reasons I liked it. There will be more anime reviews. Coming up next is Zatch Bell.

Don't really have much else to say. Huh, I guess that is life. I hope my 2 readers enjoy my little review.

NFL FOOTBALL
Well the Dolphins still suck. Oh well, in positive news the rookie Vernon Carey played his first game and looked really good against a good Patriot Defense. I wonder if coaches just didn't see his talent or he just dogged it in practice. Well Fiedler is hurt again. Right on time as well. Feeley is also hurt. We may be seeing Sage in his first start. Good luck to sage. I hope Sage or AJ prove to be the QB of the future, because that would be one less thing Miami has to worry about next year. Part of me does want Miami to suck because they would get a good draft pick. That is the funny thing about football. You almost get penalized for not sucking all year. Well you do get the positive of not sucking.

Aww the Redskins suck. I guess that proves there is a god. I can't WAIT till they are in cap hell. That should be anytime now. Man do I hate Snyder. Too bad Gibbs just isn't the answer. Maybe 13 years was just too long away from the NEW NFL.

The chargers do not suck. The Texans all of a sudden do not suck. Collins, Garcia and Brunell are not looking that great. Warner is. Eagles are amazing. Green Bay should of just signed McKenzie, Carroll is just NOT ready to start in the NFL. Well that is enough random thoughts for now.

Been away so long
I have been away for so long. I did not have much to talk about. I still don't. Just think I should write something. So I don't lose my millions and millions of fans.

Republicans
The more I think about it. The more it looks like I am going to vote for a couple of republicans. Who would of thought. Not for Bush. I am sick of a moron being my president.

City of Heroes contest

City of Heroes had amovie contest. The winners have been announced. They are pretty decent movies. However one of them really stood out to me. It was not a winner of the contest, but it was an honorable mention. I will say the action winner was really well done. However, it is my opinion that this one should of won the comedy section. This is one very funny movie.

Random Stuff
Don't really have too much to say. I did not watch enough of the debate to talk about it. It seems that Kerry really helped his cause and Bush did not help or hurt his cause. So in a sense it was a victory towards Kerry because if Bush won, the election polls would show that it is over. I think the polls do not show the fact that there are millions of new voters this year. New voters generally do not vote unless they want to vote out the president.

NFL
Ever feel the season was over at week 4? I do. Man I do not know what to do. I am thinking of not even watching the fins. ESPECIALLY with Fiedler as the starting quarterback.

Buffalo takes on New England. It is always an interesting game when these two play. In reality the New England offense has looked very "blah" this year so far. Everyone is saying vintage Tom Brady and Corey Dillon is electricfying the offense, however to me they look like the are set for a fall sooner or later. They should of killed the cardinals and the Colts only lost because the Patriot Defense and the Colts seeming to want to lose.

How about them seahawks? Sheese. I have lived in Seattle for years and the Seahawks look the best since 1984. If you have on demand you can watch that season. They did an amazing job. The defense has played amazingly and that is without their starting linebacker Chad Brown.

Gplay and gameznflix.com
I have joined both of these services to play the newer games that are coming out. So far it has been 10 days and I have yet to recieve anything from Gplay. Gameznflix.com has only been the third day of nothing. This is not looking good for either of these companies. I still have big hopes for Gameznflix because they have both games AND dvds. Which would be cool because then I could finally finish Infinite Revyus.

the real reason for this blog. Dream #1

The real reason I write this blog is to record my dreams. So the world will know I weird my brain is. So here is how nuts I am.

The dream started with me on the bus going to a college. Then it was me getting a ride to college with a friend of mine who is a hot chick. She was taking me to college and we were stopping buy her house full of hot chicks. I know wehre you think this is going, but you are wrong. Well we go to the house, some things happen that are not that important. Well I meet this girl in a wheel chair, she was a cute red head with short red hair. Well we hit it off. I learn she is from the north. Apperently we are in the south. Well something happens and all of a sudden I am looking at this guy holding the red head (I guess that used to be me). He was surrounded by three of his chick friends and a walking dog with wings. For some reason it was very important to bring her to the north to save her life. They get to the gate. The wing dog told them that he had to stay behind so he turned into liquid and hid. They continue through the gate which is actually a force shield. Maybe to block the wing dogs. One of the chicks with the dude drops the bucket of water. The guy freaks and looks around. He sees a well and takes a bowl and fills it with water so the short red head had enough water. While walking to the short red head's house the water started to fry and turn into eggs. Well they finally get to the apartment and set her down on the bed. The mother tells him everything will be ok. Her brother picks up the bowl that the dude set down and forgot about when they arrived. He states how it is good mayonnaise. The mother keeps on asking where the water came from. When it is finally discovered that it came from a well in the North she freaks out. Turns out that it is gun powder and the brother has been eating it. She tells him to discharge outside. He goes outside and yells at the people who brought his sister. A machine gun pops out of the top of his head and a pistol replaces his nose and he begins firing on the heroes. The heroes get away and meet up with their dog friend. Back at the house the short haired red head begins to be come upset that she cannot walk. She blames her parents for her inability to walk. That they babied her. The parents deny it and try to stop her from trying to walk. The girl starts to gets up and her legs break. She wills them back together and tries to walk again. The father jumps at her and she elbows him and knocks him out. The mother tries but she flings her against the wall knocking her out. The short haired girl starts to walk. There is blood everywhere. The brother and the sister comes home. The brother jumps at her legs, she knees him knocking him out. The sister yells that she is not going to lose her sister. Grabs a saw and comes after the short haired girl. The short haired red head punches the saw and breaks it in half. The sister makes a fist and hits the short haired red head right in the jaw. As the red head loses conciousness she looks up and her blonde haired sister who is holding half a saw and smiling. The red head wakes up at the dinner table with her family. They tell her that they had to cut off her legs so she couldn't walk again and her arms so she wouldn't fight them again. Of course the short haired red head is pissed. She concentrates and grows knew arms and legs. She then murders her entire family by her own two hands. She walks outside happy and covered with blood. She sees this green blob flying towards her. The green blob arrests her for the murder of her entire family. She is taken to a line of children who are marching to be judge for their crimes. Some try to get awaybut they are sucked into the little flying blobs which force them to walk in the line. At the courthouse the bailiffasks the lawyer if he is ready because this might take a while, a lot of new people are here, it is not only the normal kids. The lawyer is disappointed because he had a class to go to. The short red head is brought in by the bailiff and he annouces her crime. The courthouse is shocked to hear she killed her entire family. The lawyer who is a big pig with three nostrils smells the red head girl. He is shocked and proclaims she is innocent. The entire courthouse is shocked again. For her innocents the judge banished her to the south. She is happy of course because that is where her friends are. She is taken to the south and starts to run towards her friends. She is so happy. While she is running there seems to be a police chase going on. She dodges out of the way the cars. They stop in front of her and the guy the police are chasing pulls a gun. There is a struggle and the gun drops and discharges. Hitting the short red head girl. The police man throws the guy into the car and surveys the area. He walks over to the truck close to the red haired girl and says, well at least nothing was damaged. The camera pans over the truck and there I see the short red haired girl lying down in the fetal postion in a pool of her own blood.

There is my dream. Is that effed up or is that effed up. If you know how to anaylize dreams I would LOVE to read what you think.
